We are delighted to announce that PUFFIN: protein unit discovery with functional supervision has been accepted for publication in Bioinformatics.
PUFFIN is a data-driven framework that discovers structurally coherent, function-aware units in proteins by combining graph-based structural partitioning with functional supervision.
